Here at Billing Advantage we pride ourselves in our outstanding customer service.  Our highly trained billing techs go above and beyond to be helpful to you and your office staff, and to answer any questions they may have.  The collections rate for our in-house practice is 98.43% of submitted claims, which is well above the industry average, and is typical of the collection rates for our customers.  We are able to tailor our services to meet your needs, and we offer a very wide range of individualized services.  We follow up on all claims promptly, and we continue to work both primary and secondary claims until they are paid.  You don’t have to spend your own time checking to see if a claim has paid, or if the follow up is occurring.  You can count on us to do all of this for you.

Even though the services we provide are far better than those provided by most billing services, we have been able to keep our costs low.  We are able to do this because of our unique partnership with Kareo and Practice Fusion.  The integration of services between Practice Fusion, Kareo and Billing Advantage allows for a very efficient process that reduces our internal costs.  For most practices, we can provide outstanding medical billing services for between 5% and 7% of the amount collected.  We have a very low start-up fee of $200.00 per clinician (maximum $1,500 for large practices).  Unlike many other billing services, we have no per-client charges or annual fees.  We have no extra or hidden charges or fees.  You pay the start-up fee and the percentage of what comes in, and that’s it.  You only pay on money you actually receive.  We never charge based on what is billed, only on what you actually receive.  We don’t get paid until you do!.
