Dick is the Director of Spiritual Development at The Retreat. He has been a spiritual director for the past thirty-five years. He brings his experience as a Jesuit Priest and as co-founder of Loyola Spiritual Renewal Resource in St Paul, MN. He has a graduate degrees in spirituality and literature and has been an active participant in twelve-step recovery for twenty-six years.
