Billing Advantage works with your practice to design a system where your office will get us the information we need to do your billing in the fastest, most accurate way possible. We are flexible about how we exchange information with you. Information exchange can include electronic transmissions (HIPAA compliant ANSI FILES), US mail, Fax and e-mail. We customize information exchange in each case to suit your practice needs.

Claims go out within 48 hours of receipt from your office and we confirm the receipt of all claims. We function as our own clearinghouse with many insurances to provide you with the fastest, most error proof service possible.

Our patient statements are very easy to understand. We realize many medical practices lose money by having patient statements that are confusing to patients and office staff, so we have worked to make ours simple and clear. Because our statements are easy to read, you will increase your patient revenue, receive fewer patient telephone calls and increase good feelings toward your practice. You will also have fewer accounts going to collections. Wherever you are, we can provide outstanding customer service. Our early and extended hours make it easy for us to answer your questions and field patient phone calls about their accounts or invoices.

We provide custom reports. Most billing services have a limited number of reports that are determined by the software they use. We have the programmers on staff to design reports tailored to your needs.

Billing Advantage backs up all billing data both to a fully redundant backup server, and to optical media, which we send offsite each night. All machines are kept up to date with security patches, and are protected by a hardware firewall. Our storage systems are compliant with all HIPAA regulations.
