Pricing

There is an initial start-up fee of $200.00 per clinician, with a maximum charge of $1,500.00 for 8 or more clinicians. Some of our customers prefer to have their own account with Kareo and keep direct control of all their patient data. Some of our customers prefer that we manage the data for them. Our pricing is based on how much you receive, on average, per claim billed. (Please note: this is the amount you receive from insurances and patients, not the amount you bill out.) There are three different pricing options under the standard plan, 5%, 6% and 7%. Please answer the three questions below to see if you qualify for our low-cost Standard Services, and if so, which of the three pricing options will apply to your practice.
