Billing Advantage is a Massachusetts Corporation, founded in 2004.  We are currently providing billing services for close to 200 clinicians in 22 states.  Our staff has extensive medical billing experience with a very wide range of specialties, and many of our billers have over 20 years of billing experience.

Our billing service grew out of our own in-house psychotherapy practice, Psychotherapy Associates of North Reading (www.panr.net).  The owners/founders, Richard Kaufman and Donna Whipple, are both clinicians.  Because of this, we have an excellent understanding of all aspects of medical billing, and we can better relate to the needs of clinicians and clinical practices than billing services without this direct experience of the clinical side.

All of our services are fully HIPAA compliant, and we utilize the latest technology, security techniques and backup to ensure the safety and confidentiality of your data.

All of our services are provided in-house.  We do not outsource any aspect of the billing process, and when you call, you will speak directly with your billing technician, who is familiar with you and your practice.
